ABOUT

I am interested in the places where form becomes a doorway into something less tangible: attention, energy, relationship, consciousness.

Raised across the cultural and ecological contrasts of the Midwest, Central and South America, and now based in Montana, my creative life has been shaped by movement, landscape and a lifelong immersion in nature. Horses have been a particularly enduring influence, teaching me an intimate language of gesture, energy and breath, subtle forms of communication that transcend words.

My practice moves between sculpture and painting, with bronze, cast glass, steel and mixed media offering different ways of exploring contrast, relationship, density and light.

Stephanie Revennaugh is a Montana-based artist working across sculpture and painting.

An elected member of the National Sculpture Society, she is represented by Altamira Fine Art in Jackson and Scottsdale, Gallery MAR in Carmel, and Old Main Gallery in Bozeman. Her work is held in the permanent collections of the Eiteljorg Museum and the Sigler Museum, and has been exhibited and collected internationally.
