ATTUNING

Attuning is about attention. The mule deer is exquisitely attuned to its surroundings, noticing every subtlety. The skull belongs to the visual language of the West, while the halo nods to the more etheric aspect of the animal and carries a prayer for awareness.

In an increasingly noisy world, what might we learn from such sensitivity? Attuning invites a shift from the clutter of the mind toward the subtleties of the body’s signals, where sensing can deepen into knowing.
